What It Is

A thick, spoonable blend of vanilla extract and real scraped seeds. It gives you the flecks and depth of a whole pod with the ease of a jar — no splitting, no scraping.

How to Use

Measure by the spoon and stir straight into batters, custards, creams and frostings. Best where you want visible seed specks. Give the jar a stir if it separates.

How to Store

Cap tight and keep in a cool, dark cupboard — not the fridge, where it stiffens. Wipe the rim clean before sealing. Use within about two years of opening.

Tip for Home Cooks

Paste is the easiest swap for extract — use the same amount by volume. Add it to no-cook and cold dishes (panna cotta, cream) where you want the seeds to show.
